about higher court ruling on a Constitutional basis. He’s one of the experts the media drags out when we need explanations based on the Constitutional validity as interpreted in court rulings. From listening to him over the years I don’t think he is overly politically biased. He’s not a rabid MAGAT. We don’t need to throw him out as one.
