Calling all Math Geeks (or non-geeky Math Knowers) ...

On another site, I posted a response to a fellow liberal who was lamenting the fact that every one of her posts, no matter what she posted, were met with negative ratings (Thumb Downs).

But I know the formula is incorrect ... I am far from a mathematician - so any mathematicians here, please tighten this up:

My post was something to the effect of:

"I have discovered a very accurate mathematical "rightness" formula:

TD F(r) R=LoC, where:

TD=Thumbs Downs Rate
r=Refutation Rate
LoC=Level of Correctness"

I'm attempting to say the TD rate as a function of refutation rate is indicative of my Level of Correctness ... the closer to zero, the higher my correctness level.
