The House Committee on Rules might have a meeting to determine the parameters of debate and possibly entertain amendments. I don't know for a fact if the Articles of Impeachment have to go through the Rules Committee, but that is a fun committee to watch, so I'm looking for new postings of meetings. They can post them very quickly as "emergency meetings." I'll post on DU if they schedule a meeting. So far there's nothing, but they've been known to post meeting announcements hours or even less before a hearing. They can be quite entertaining.
