There will be much lamenting

Hands will be wrung about this impeachment process and people will be all over the map about what should have happened;

too soon-too late
too short-too long
too many articles-too few articles
too many witnesses-not enough
enforce subpoenas-wait for courts
impeachment-censure

Here's what I know.

This was always going to suck. Big time. Any way, any how. Every single permutation or combination was going to be bad.

This is a cancer on our nation and fighting cancer is never easy or fun. Even the successful fights suck and this one never really had a chance to be successful. But it had to be done.

So I will just get ahead of the Monday morning quarterbacks and say it sucks and would have sucked no matter how it was done. But I am glad we are fighting it because the alternative was to curl up and die.

Either you uphold your Oath of Office, or you don't. No matter what and how many counts were included, the same GOP charade would have occurred, the same stupid tweets tweeted, the same 40% blockheads still supporting this monster.

We can impeach him again when we get his tax returns.
