And now, a brief excerpt from my little known 1994 satirical, dystopian novel

“All day and deep into the night, members of Congress fiercely debated back and forth whether President Donald Trump was fit to hold office; of course, the President himself chose to spend that same time attacking a 16 year old teenaged girl, apparently out of deep jealousy that she—and not he—had been named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year. Such was the sad state of affairs in our rapidly deteriorating country.”

In retrospect, I really should have sought out a better publisher.
