I had to return to my 1st Grade classroom 4 weeks later and ask the principal AGAIN why the classroom doors had no lock on the INSIDE?!?!? Again, I was ignored.

No, it never gets easier. I say this to you because my niece is a student at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. She will never be the same. And it hasn't gotten any easier for her either.
