Republicans really think they can spin the impeachment-trial.

The accused will be exonerated in a trial where:

1. The accused is allowed to prevent witnesses from testifying.

2. The accused is allowed to prevent witnesses from providing evidence.

3. The head of the jurors has said that he's taking orders from the accused on how his trial shall be conducted.

4. There will be no witness-testimony during the trial.

Sounds perfectly normal to me!!! Nobody will question the validity of THAT verdict!!!

That was Collins’ spin about yesterday and the recess. Who was it that brought up 7 or so Amendments that they knew had NO CHANCE of passing?

The statement by Mitch actually shocked me this morning. Unbelievable

He tells them what to do and they do it. In reality all they are doing is throwing shit at the walls and the "know" it won't stick. It's all trump theatre, and it's disgusting.
