I read (somewhere) the other day that they have until 5:00 today to announce the ruling. n/t

However, it does help to be specific.
There are two cases involving Trump's taxes. There is the NY state case (Trump v. Vance), which is a little bit ahead of the Congressional case on timing.

No, the results of Friday conference are typically not published at noon on Friday.
Normally, next week, one would expect to see the cases in which cert. was granted, and from which one can determine in which cases cert. was not granted. Perhaps this one will be published early, but that is the normal course of events.

RBG's stay expires at 5:00 today, correct? She would need to at least extend that until next week if true.
