It might be interesting to find out if Citizens United was bankrolled by just the Koch Brothers or Russia as well, especially of late. After all, the Russians infiltrated the NRA, there's every reason to believe that they've infiltrated other "conservative" organizations.

"The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments..." There is nothing in the Constitution that prevents the legislative branch from coordinating with the executive branch.
