I know I need to atone for these Tweets, but who the f#ck is Kim Klacik and why

is she running for Elijah Cummings seat?!? She was just on BBC World Service. It's News Hour--prime time in the UK--and they usually have top-notch guests, but their special guest to discuss the Trump Impeachment was this giggling Pro-Trump idiot. The world listens to BBC and that's the impression the world gets of the United States. Did anybody hear that crap? I wanted to die of embarrassment. Is she for real? Is she pranking America? Who is this person? She also said unkind things about Baltimore, where she lives!

The mere idea of her running for Elijah Cummings' seat, with her disrespect for Baltimore (she called it corrupt), leaves me dumbfounded. I'll do some research and try to find out who is financing her, or if it's some perverse joke.

Republican strategist Kim Klacik announced Saturday that she's running for the 7th Congressional District seat that was held by late Rep. Elijah Cummings.

Many might remember Klacik for speaking about the living conditions in west Baltimore on social media. It began with a video posted to her Twitter account in late July in which she could be heard talking about the neighborhood's conditions while pointing out a clutter of debris behind homes.

The video came after Cummings said constituents were scared of their leader, meaning President Donald Trump. Nearly a week after her video was posted, the president took to Twitter himself, taking aim at Baltimore, saying it is a "rat and rodent infested mess."

It began a feud between Trump and Cummings that lasted for weeks.

I'm seeing that she's a self-described "Republican Strategist." Some of her social concerns are real.

What's so puzzling is why BBC had her on today, about this serious an issue--an Impeachment proceeding she considers a "hoax."

Oh well, time will tell. I doubt she'll get very far in Elijah Cummings' district.
