Pelosi just said they are going to decide about sending it to the Senate!

She is waiting for what she considers is a fair trial and Mitch is not doing that at this time so she will wait. She also wants more evidence to be allowed for a fair trial.

It also keeps impeachment in front of the public a while longer.

I trust Speaker Pelosi's ability to count and to get excellent advice from the various committee chairs.
