Wow...browsing through the front pages around the nation just reinforces my opinion

Given your location if I saw much mention in tomorrow's edition I would see that as a bellwether

thinking tomorrow.

(7,543 posts)9. Wow...browsing through the front pages around the nation just reinforces my opinion
that ninety-five percent of newspapers are not in the business of informing citizens. Every paper in Alabama seems to have the same cut and pasted articles...and no mention of impeachment.

pecosbob
(7,543 posts)13. I don't think they've updated...I was looking at yesterday's pages as well
But I was still stricken by the lock-step uniformity of articles in regional papers...almost like talking points on cable. One would almost assume that there are just a few corporations that seem to publish almost all the newspapers...go figure.

(14,961 posts)14. I just moved to the panhandle of FL., basically lower
Alabama, and that doesn't surprise me a bit. I am very curious about today's papers for this area.

You're in a pretty red region I would say.

at Eglin AFB about to be deployed.
pecosbob
(7,543 posts)19. Let's hope Gaetz gets to visit him at Eglin...FPC Eglin
That's where they put the five Watergate burglars.

(14,961 posts)20. I didn't know that. Remember the MOAB bomb? It was first
tested at Eglin AFB.
