Impeachment is what happened yesterday. It's done. Three presidents have been impeached including Trump. Nixon quit before the Articles of Impeachment were brought to the floor for a vote so he was not impeached. No President has been convicted by the Senate and removed from office. Ever. But three have been impeached. That's the way it works.
