You know, Pelosi can negotiate for more than just a vague fair trial that examines actual evidence.

Trump wants his bullshit acquittal show so badly, and because of that- just as Pelosi has done with him before- Pelosi has him over a barrel. Just like a child who wants their video games being forced to clean their room first. Just like a narcissistic, propagandist President who really, really wants his State of the Union speech and has shut down the government.

Moscow Mitch has already said that he's "coordinating with the White House" how to run the Senate trial. Given that coordination, Pelosi can make specific demands regarding the trial through MM, including demanding that the White House coordinate testimony of White House associates whose subpoenaed testimony had previously been (illegally) blocked by Trump.

People like Giuliani, Bolton and Mulvaney could have their testimony specifically demanded by Pelosi. This may be a much more effective route of investigation than going through the courts. The American people could get a WHOLE lot more information out of this. Otherwise, Trump may never even be able to say that he was acquitted of the impeachment charges.

She's every bit as savvy and tough as Mitch. Mitch won't be able to steamroll her.

Mitch under the Bus,she then back it over him for good measure just to prove she knows the Constitution much better than he.

And the Media is all in with Moscow Mitch's narrative in a effort to keep their Both-sider-ism speak going.

in maintaining an air of equanimity in the face of the vicious, colorful, antagonistic lies. NPR is allowing Repugs to air their ugly lies without calling them out on it again today. Anything for a good juicy sound bite, apparently. Nancy is keeping their heads together, this is becoming truly impressive.

couple hours ago. Full on FOX light. Filled to Music, enough already.

Getting the feeling something major of a Criminal Nature dealing with the Trump's Criminal dealings will pop mid January. Schiff pulled his punches last night on Maddow. And the Media is positioning it's self to be not caught of guard.

Speaker Pelosi gave the world lessons on how Democracy is done.

Huntley - Brinkley and Cronkite were free to report the news without concern for the profitability of the newscast. Sometime in the '80s, that changed to where news was no longer considered a loss leader but instead had to show a profit.

GOP policies have permitted and encouraged a consolidation of media companies. The FCC works for corporations, not us.
