Staying Home for Christmas

I'm staying home for Christmas.
Don't you count on me.
Check your mail,
On your cell phone.
Then Yuletide cheer you'll see.

Christmas Eve will find me,
Healthy as can be.
I'm at home for Christmas,
Without the flu you see.

My preference is dealing with the family "off holiday", less drama, I don't have to sleep on a pad on the floor and I don't have to listen to my ditsy sister in law say she is brilliant.
