I agree with what you are saying. I'd love to see him have a long life--in prison. And, I want him to see his disgusting, filthy-rotten children and scumbag son-in-law joining him there. But, I'd also prefer that he is prevented from doing any more damage to this country, the sooner, the better. If his own body takes him out, I would be okay with that, too.

Problem is, no matter how much he practices, he never sounds as stupid as the Con.

1. Trump still can communicate. He can voluntarily notify Congress that he exercising the 25th Amendment. Pence becomes acting president (with no VP) until Trump notifies Congress that he is ready to return.
a. No one challenges Trump, he returns to the Presidency and Pence goes back to VP.
b. Pench and majority of the cabinet challenges Trump. Congress can choose to reinstate or maintain the 25th Amendment

2. Trump is unable to communicate. Pence and majority of the cabinet can exercise the 25th Amendment. Pence becomes acting president. If/when Trump gets better, he can request reinstatement. If Pence and the cabinet agrees, Trump resumes Presidency. If they disagree it goes to Congress.

3. If he dies, Pence becomes President and can nominate a VP. The Senate then goes through a confirmation process to approve the VP.

The only way NP becomes president is if both Trump and Pence both go at a time when a replacement VP is not possible. Or during the 25th Amendment when there is no VP.

The FBI will be busy putting down all kinds of acts of violence.
