We have to face it, theres going to be a war. hes begging for it.
I dont feel as much disgust to the people who voted for him, but I feel disgust
at the military leaders and every member of the GOP who are allowing him to do
this.
I will be in a state of shock, if a war hasnt started within four weeks.
Putin must be laughing his ass off.

(25,902 posts)poor people in America.
It points out how many voted for Trump.
I am not a nice person, because I want every single one of them to suffer from their vote. No health care, no problem. No job, what's your beef? No home to live in? Yawn.
If you voted for Trump you got what you deserve. The real shame is that the rest of us also have to live with the consequences of your stupid vote. I hope you lose your job. I hope you completely lose your already inadequate health care. I hope you go hungry and the local food bank runs out of food.
I have ZERO sympathy for those who voted for Trump if they were not already in the upper 3% or so.

(2,343 posts)Anyone who still supports trump is a piece of shit garbage person. Anyone who voted for him, but now claims they made a mistake is still a piece of shit. If they couldn't tell during the primaries what a piece of shit he is, they are too stupid to be treated as normal. Hell, if they couldn't tell what a piece of shit he was during the 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s, they are too stupid to be treated as normal. I was a child in the 80s, and I could tell what a piece of shit trump is/was back then. I will never be in the camp that says, "we need to win back trump voters." Nope. They need to be shamed for the rest of their lives.

(21,635 posts)you are poor but you oppose the party that wants strong unions, a middle class with buying power, job training for people who need it, and hand up programs like welfare and food stamps to help people bridge the gap. along with affordable healthcare and fair taxes on the richest of us to help support these efforts.
voting against their own interests.

(25,902 posts)I do not have the patience to talk to these people, to engage them and find out why the fuck they vote against their own self-interest.
I suppose it's a combination of how badly history is taught in school (and DON'T get me started on that topic) and the fact that most people never read another book after high school, never pay any attention to anything that's not professional sports or something connected to Hollywood. But the vast majority of people are ignorant and have no clue that they are ignorant. This has always been the case. It's nothing new. But nowadays those people vote. And they vote from ignorance.
Sigh.
