TWITTER....Now a Branch of Government?

Trump now places himself above even the US Constitution, that he does not have to go before Congress, but to TWITTER?

Nancy Pelosi should CANCEL the State of The Union . Putting us through this farce need not happen.

There is no requirement to give a speech, and several presidents have just sent a letter.

But of course for Trump it's about power, or to be more precise, the appearance of Power - the fact that he can launch an air strike and pretend that Twitter is valid proof that for good or ill (and let's face it, its for ill) he has power. But what he craves is the appearance of power, and not being able to stand up before Congress and tell them off would make him feel and look weak. And that he would find terrible. That said I doubt the Democrats would do it.
