that some were asking back in 2016-17 when he refused to divest. I don't recall anyone knowing the answer.

Of course the threat could also potentially extend to other "American" properties in general.

that most of Trump's buildings only have his name on them, and that he doesn't actually own them anymore? He just sells his branding? Well, except for Mar-a-Loco, pretty sure he owns that one. The ones he actually owns are most likely insured up the yin yang.

His business interests are toast. The threat alone is enough to destroy him, even if nothing ever happens. Any savvy investor knows that there is no place to go but down. They are going to be scrambling to dump their Trump properties before their investments become worthless.

I am loving watching this grifting family finally getting what has been coming to them for a very long time. I hope they end up penniless.

And the US government should not pay one cent to protect them especially Trump properties in foreign countries. Maybe Trump Tower in NY and Mar a-Largo because those are his residences, although he did move his official residence from NY to Fl. But he can pay for his own security forces to provide protection in any property that has the Trump name on it. The Trumpy kids should also watch their backs.

My second thought; there's no way I would stay in a Trump property, but now more than ever, They're right in the crosshairs. Guess he didn't think out all the consequences when he arbitrarily order the assassination of Soleimani.

If Iran plays it smart, they just keep threatening and make Trump's properties bleed money. That's the only kind of blood he cares about--his money. If Iran actually retaliates, it takes away the immense value of the threat and gives Trump an excuse for more violence.

Iran should just keep talking about Mar-a-Lago and Trump Tower and let the fear do all their work.

argue that Trump has contributory negligence should there be any attacks on any Trump properties. Plus I agree that acts of war are most not likely covered on insurance policies.

is going to drastically reduce the number of people who will go there for golf, food, lodging, etc.
It will also greatly reduce the possibility of new Trump property development.
This could cost Trump millions over the next year or two.
