Has anyone seen the picture of the alleged whistleblower circulating on FB?

There are several pictures of the alleged whistleblower with several democrats. I thought his identity was protected.

... and picture on Facebook and Twitter. The Facebook posts don't last long. I imagine the Twitter ones don't either, but I'm not good at finding stuff there, that I've previously seen.
