Jim Bakker To Christians: You Must Love Trump To Prove You’re ‘Saved’

Disgraced TV evangelist Jim Bakker says President Donald Trump is a test of faith and that Christians can pass by loving him.

“You know what? Trump is a test whether you’re even saved,” he said in a clip going viral on Twitter. “Only saved people can love Trump.”

That line seemed to go too far for some in his audience, who laughed out loud...

“No, you gotta be really saved,” he said. “You gotta forgive. You gotta be able to forgive. You forgive when you’re saved.”

Trump himself once famously asserted that he has never asked God for forgiveness.

As said on the above link by one person "Oh, Lord. I think that JimBakker is just God testing us to see how much shit we’ll put up with."

On December 6, 1980, Bakker and Hahn had a sexual encounter in a Florida hotel room. Although they each told different stories of what had happened, Bakker eventually paid Hahn over $350,000 to remain silent. When the arrangement became public, the scandal helped to bring down the entire PTL ministry.

Hahn, who claimed that she didn’t want to be in the spotlight, became an overnight celebrity. She posed for Playboy magazine, wrote a book about her relationship with Bakker, and even briefly lived in the Playboy mansion. Hahn, a radio announcer in Phoenix, Arizona, at the time of Bakker’s indictment, soon became a regular on Howard Stern’s radio show and appeared in rock music videos, as well.

Of course it is still going on today, as you see in the OP. Bakker is far from unique. Lots of Christian churches are preaching that support for Trump is essentially a tenet of the Christian faith.

The majority of Christian voters in 2016 cast their ballots for Trump. It's was not just the white Evangelicals who put him in office.

They had their campus outside of Charlotte that was to include several large condo towers. They knowingly sold some of the units two or even three times to keep the cash flow going. Some gullible people lost their life savings to give that bastard money to pay off the women he raped.
