I'm thinking the looney toon in the WH is totally geeked about his new found power to assassinate

on demand, and is working furiously on a Kill List of those who have been mean to him!

that he’s being impeached. He needs to show what a “strong guy” he is. And what more fun way to do that then to put out a hit on someone when you have all this military power at your fingertips.
