From my understanding of what Parnas said, Shokin was to be questioned by Graham and other GOPers in perhaps a Senate sham hearing.

Although it wasn't clear Shokin was going to testify before the Senate. I got the impression Graham was going to question Shokin to see what he knew or what dirt he'd conjured up about Biden. Then, I expect Graham was planning to make the rw talk circuit to expound on whatever Shokin said to dirty up Biden.
