There is nothing in dispute. The POTUS admitted to the first article and it was confirmed by all witnesses and backed-up by the GAO as against the law. The charges in the second article are facts as well not in dispute. There shouldn't even be a trial; the GOP Senators should make him resign for the good of the country/world.
