Did anyone catch Constitutional Scholar Dershowitz say Hamilton was a murderous VP?

I always learn something when I listen to Alan Dershowitz. He just asserted on @CNN that Alexander Hamilton served as Vice President and committed murder while VP. And for decades I thought that was Aaron Burr. Thank God for Harvard professors.Can a Trump tweet be far behind?

But I heard it differently. I thought he said that Hamilton's vice president was a murderer because he killed Hamilton in a duel and he was not impeached??? A VP could be indicted anyway not impeached so not sure what his point was there.
