I love how how this ACTING President acts so methodically for both sides of the audience. Amazing.

How does one interpret "We're going to HAVE a country?" I have my own interpretation of that and his ACT is preparing for that. Well, it should be very obvious how one conditions the public in preparation for it. It is an expertise that is right out in plain view, too.
