Trying to hide a witness as a lawyer so as not to allow Dems to have witnesses - can they be more vile? Probably yes, and we'll be seeing it shortly. I am really riled up about this, my stomach is upset, I'm anxious. Soon I will be stepping away and spend some time in excercise and positive thinking. I need to connect with good things because this total evil is so near ascendency right now that all I have been thinking about is the bad. I think I will go over the meditations from MLK day restorative yoga. Just saying that I could feel my brain decompress a little.
