Hey wait, Ted Cruz is tweeting?

Senators on the floor are sworn to silence and have no electronic devices. So how is this Senator tweeting? Did he sneak a phone in. Is he willing to go to prison? Or is the tweet from someone other than Cruz. @jack you should investigate

His proxy, I suppose?

And the motto, Come and Take It, was displayed on banners at the gun rally in Virginia.

So it appears (no surprise) that he is aligned with the terrorist, far right militant groups, and he is daring someone to seize his phone.

I visited a fringe rightwing website last night, and it sounds as though they are expecting a rightwing coup d’etat — I would be very surprised if they don’t have something planned if the impeachment doesn’t go their way.

Cell phones are banned today (and possibly throughout the trial). He's saying "I brought my cell anyway. Come get it." It has nothing to do with guns, he's just showing that he doesn't care for Senate rules and is not leaving his phone behind.

Can Roberts dismiss him for this?
