If and it's a big if the 49ers win Super Bowl LIV, would they accept an invitation to the White House?
Nick Bosa likely would. Bosa has been an enthusiastic supporter of President Trump in the past, calling him the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).
But what about other 49ers, say the cerebralRichard Sherman, for example?
Taking a stand on a potential White House invitation before one wins a championship is like counting unhatched chickens. Nonetheless, the San Francisco Chronicle's Scott Ostler posed the question to the Niners' star cornerback.
"I havent thought about it," Sherman replied, adding, "weve got a long way between now and then, but I doubt it."
