I'm sorry, but hearing what sounds VERY MUCH like trump using words like that...

As former Massachusetts Governor and current GOP presidential candidate Bill Weld said earlier today on MSNBC, "take her out. Take her out?" Those are fighting words in organized crime circles. They have a very well-understood meaning." Said he who'd once prosecuted organized crime figures, and probably knows the lingo.

The closest I get to organized crime circles is watching one of the "Godfather" movies. But even I know what "take her out" means. I'm sure whoever originally heard trump say that understood what he was getting out, too.

NOTICE the modus operandi here. He'll say something that's kinda vague, but is actually code for those he knows "speak the language", so he knows his message is getting through, without flat-out saying the actual words "I want you to kill her, or get one of your wise guys to kill her." He suggests. He insinuates.

It's like when he said "she's going to go through some things" about Ambassador Yovanovitch. Oh REEEEEEEAAAAAAALLLLLLLLYYYY??? What the fuck do you mean by that, donald? What are you hinting at? Are you either too chicken OR too slippery and conniving to want something like that pinned on you? To leave your verbal fingerprints on it. Notice how often some apologist will insist "he didn't SAY he wanted harm done to her." "He NEVER SAID he wanted her killed." Of course he didn't SAY the WORDS.

And here's another case in which we can see and hear how he's done business in midtown Manhattan for so many years. Like a wannabe mob boss. That tells me he's quite practiced at this. That this is his habitual fall-back strategy. It comes easy and almost literally tumbles from his lips. The "I never heard of the guy. I don't know him. Never met him. Oh I may have had photos taken with him, I have photos taken with EVERYBODY. But I don't know him." We've heard this excuse from him many times before! He's not new to this verbal bob 'n' weave stuff. He's got this down. THIS IS HOW HE ROLLS.

I loathe Trump and all he represents and is...but I hold those 45% accountable for this, for him and for their own evil hearts.

There is no compromise available with people who have abandoned reason. They are enemies. Enemies of truth, enemies of justice, enemies of reason, enemies of science, enemies of the state, the true enemies of the people.

45% of this country does not want to be in THIS country...they want "their country" back. They are racists and bigots and fools and jackasses all. They deserve scorn and ridicule by the metric ton.

Fuck them, all of them.

I want no brotherhood with them, there is no common ground with them, they can all fuck right off and die as far as I care. There can be no bond of countrymen with people antithetical to compromise or even fairness. I quote their cherished Bible to them : "Let he who will not work, STARVE." They will not use their minds, they have abandoned rational thought and they should be allowed to wallow in everything that will lead to...but they can do it alone and to themselves instead of dragging the entire nation down with them.

I need to go for a walk....this impeachment show trial is making my blood pressure sky rocket...

Sat Jan 25, 2020, 12:41 PM

...and other right wing propaganda outlets to accept this disgrace. You may recall at one time that Fox was able to drive the mainstream news (See Clinton impeachment, Iraq war, tan suits, fast, furious and other right wing hit jobs). Trump TV is not able to drive the mainstream media anymore because their gaslighting has been exposed. As a result, instead of Trump TV adapting to the new reality, they have turned insular. That 45% is immersed in the insular world of Trump TV, where facts and reality does not enter.

Before Trump, Fox and what would later become Trump TV, was like a zit on the head of the mainstream media. Fox used to infect the host but when Trump came along, Fox realized it could not survive on the host any longer and became a separate entity and Trump TV was born.

That 45% didn't suddenly abandon reason in a vacuum. Their source of information has abandoned reason and in a many of them (but not all) are casualties of this paradigm shift.

it suggests compromise. Their idea of compromise is complete surrender. We can't compromise of the very core of our party.

We HAVE NO COMMON ground with these people.

Sure, if we have to, use the concept to hopefully peel off a few voters who are becoming increasingly disturbed with what this man is doing, but once we win, FUCK COMPROMISE.

Then there is the "liddle" issue of making sure the votes are counted accurately.

Everyone needs to photograph their ballot/screen/whatever as proof of our vote. We can't just say it can't be done, or it is too difficult. We HAVE to have record of our vote.

Then the party has to be willing to put together the proof of our win, district by district. It can be done.

That this juvenile malignant narcissist is President of the United States should be a shame and embarrassment to all Americans.

That the Republicans in Congress aid, abet, and defend him despite how obviously unfit this would be dictator is mentally and morally should be an inexcusable abdication of civic duty which hounds them the rest of their lives.

In a sane world Donald Trump should never have come within 500 electoral votes of the Oval Office or 10 locked doors of the nuclear codes.

But, terrifyingly, that is not the world we live in.

There should be room for his Sharpie too. And a case of Ozone-killing hair spray.

I don't know about calling this one Exhibit A. That implies there are only 26 pieces of evidence to prove he's unfit and insane. By the time his presidency is over (in 51 weeks), the last piece of evidence will have a 17-digit VIN number.

That false image of liberals and Democracy is planted firmly in their minds. Fox watchers have no idea what liberals really believe. The more violent ones could easily start going after people.

About hatred making something illegitimate?

Ironic.

Still a bs theory. Trump is illegitimate and his hatred bolsters that. Impeachment was built on facts.

.... chatting it up in a drunken stupor to the various portraits and pictures hung on the walls.

This King of Orange embarrasses himself and the people of his country by having his baby tantrums on Twitter where the whole world witnesses his mental meltdowns.

Can't he poop his diapers in the private spaces rather than invite the world population to examine and inspect each and every shit stain that oozes and leaks from his mouth by way of his insulting, child like, and ridiculous tweets.

This man is not make of presidential timbers - he is an imbecilic spoiled child.

What an immature POS. He is so insanely jealous of all these people because they are head and shoulders above him in every way - intellectually, morally, physically, etc. - all he can do is insult him because he sure as hell can't refute or debate them in any meaningful way.

I'll say this for President Asshole: he knows this is a TV show, and the Dems controlled Prime Time on both coasts for 4 days straight. That must have torn at his self-promoting soul.

He's already whined that it wasn't fair to start on Saturday "when ratings are low". He only understands uni-directional media, because he has a feral talent as a Propagandist.
