actually knows what "Quid Pro Quo" is. He demanded "no Quid Pro Quo" several times and then proceeded to make an offer that is clearly "Quid Pro Quo" which still leads many people to believe trump doesn't understand the concept or the meaning of the term.

A brave reporter should ask trump what trump's excellent brain makes of the term.

P.S. He never really understood "collusion" either.
