My Message to Senators

My phone and written message to several senators.

"The evidence of the president's guilt, to date, is abundant and overwhelming. The rule of law and separation of power will stand or not depending on the outcome. In your heart you know that trump will always put his self interests above the interests of the country.

An overwhelming majority of the electorate, (Democrats and Republicans) agree that witnesses are required - absolutely. Absent that testimony along with the inevitable drips of new information to come only ensures that the matter will not end with the trial. And the inevitable call to “put the matter behind us’ and “move forward” will for on deaf ears."

If you haven't contacted senators, the time to do so is NOW.

I got an email from him in two days, actually responding to my subject. Usually it's a snail mail letter weeks later, with mealy mouth verbiage only slightly pertaining to the subject addressed. He addressed the topic of Trump's trial, but called the Democratic trial rushed and unnecessary. I think he is actually slightly concerned due to his rapid response. Is that a positive reason for hope? Prob. not. Maybe a second thought.
