I suspect that the CDC is already involved (I hope), as I suspect that this virus is already here on our shores. Take care, all. Stay home or reduce exposure in public venues, buy face masks, wash your hands, otherwise, do as you usually do when a cold/flu season is upon us here in the US, and take steps to protect you and loved ones, neighbors, and friends.

President Obama very proactively worked to contain. Ebola and directly saved millions of lives and prevented a worldwide epidemic. Trump has neither the ability or desire to lead an international effort on this.

Ironically, the Republicans used Ebola against Obama.

There have been few major crises in the world since he's been president. Mostly contained natural disasters like Puerto Rico or mass shootings. He has not had to face a massive crisis like Obama had to deal with in his first two years.

This virus may signal the end of that.
