Has The Space Force Been Funded By Congress?....

If so when? How much money was appropriated? Who is running the Space Force? How many personnel do they have? What is its mission?

There's not much for it to do that wasn't being done already. They're mainly reshuffling existing Air Force personnel.

About 16,000 Air Force active duty and civilian personnel are to be assigned to the Space Force while the branch is gradually integrated into the U.S. Armed Forces ecosystem, including establishing independent procedures for manning equipment, training personnel, and creating uniforms, ranks, logo, patch, awards, and official song, reportedly within an 18-month period.

And they just unveiled a logo pretty much ripped off from Gene Roddenberry

I hope to hell they put enough aside to buy Greenland and not blow their entire funding on designing logos.

That's where the Space Force's nuclear arsenal will be stored that they're gonna use to nuke hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean.
