Seems to me that leaving out the crystal clear loud order "take her out" here by the lawyer (and a transcript I saw posted online that leaves out the "take her out" order) and substituting "fire her" is purposely meant to protect Parnas (and Trump) from accusations that Parnas and his associates may have carried out a more nefarious plot against her. I have listened to the tape several times and Trump not once says "fire her' but the "take her out" is unmistakeably clear.

Parnas in the Rachel Maddow interview denied he was involved in anything serious against the Ambassador. He tried to laugh off and make light of the text messages from Robert Hyde about the movements of the Ambassador indicating surveillance and stalking and suggestions that they could pay someone to do something to her. Parnas claimed that the unhinged often drunk Hyde was a regular at the same Trump Hotel where the tape was recorded. Parnas called the bar there a cesspool (of Repub operatives).
