He's said so many times, excusing the Crimea invasion saying it was local people who want to return to Russia and why should we stop them. He will 100% let Russia have Ukraine, promoting loudly whatever pretext PUtin comes up with. He'd do absolutely nothing while Russia invades any country in Euroope - he will say we are out of NATO because of some bs lie. I wonder if he'd even have 2nd thoughts about letting Russia take Alaska back - think PUtin could do anything in the world he wants and his subservient tool would support him out of craven self-interest.
