The Judicial Branch Should Be Required to Fast Track Impeachment Cases

In matters of impeaching the president, the framers missed an important element by not requiring the judicial branch to expedite any cases related to the impeachment of the president.

They granted the "sole" power to impeach to the House and to try impeachments to the Senate.

Anything they don't like they will push to SCOTUS where they will win every single time because the fix is in and they are rw Russian Repugs who are actively trying to subvert our democracy for their own benefit, as well as that of their major funder - PUtin & Russia.

to enforce their subpoenas for witnesses and documents, because the process could easily be unfinished when the 2020 election is already over.
