Next is scheduled 16 hours of questions, I'm not sure how that is handled, except that I think they have to be submitted in writing.
Which means Friday, I guess, if they use up the full time for Q&A.

before questions but Moscow Mitch has kicked the can down the road because he does not have the votes to defeat witnesses. He now says after questioning so he can try to pressure those senators that want witnesses.

Voting on having witnesses is after the question phase.
IF witnesses are allowed, Adam Schiff explained that this would be nearly useless since their option to ask questions had already passed.
Not sure, I could be wrong?
