Theoretical question about Bolton's book.

So the white house has a complete of the draft of Bolton's book. Could Trump just declare the entire thing Classified to keep the public from ever seeing it? Or at least the incriminating parts?

Bolton sent the book for review, giving them 30 days to respond. They didn't, so publishing proceeded. It's now in pre-order.
