Just heard on CNN:

Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows are tutoring the Senators on the questions they ask and how to ask them.

Nutbags leading nutbags.

I am aware that the questions are submitted in writing.

That doesn't change anything in my post.

They are advising the Senators on what questions to ask and how to ask them.

last night and asked that. She said the Dems are more organizing and categorizing so there's no duplication of questions and there is some flow from one question to the next. I'm sure they met with House managers to strategize on the best way to get their points across.

I think questions are collected. Roberts goes through each one taking out duplicates and others not needed and then he does an order. I think he has a day to accomplish this.

I did hear that the majority and minority leaders are going through the questions, though. Roberts' role is merely to read the questions, but not sure what he might do if he gets one that's just a statement and not a question.

to question the evidence again. And show once again how incredibly guilty Trump is. The more they delay and obscure, the angerier the American people get.

Far too many aren’t for many reasons like lack of time, disinterest, or propaganda like Fox and radio sources that keep proclaiming Trump’s innocence and Democratic evil with hunts.

I think it indicates a lot of people are paying attention. TV ratings are a poor record of how people consume media and information these days. I think one thing is absolutely clear, people have learned to ignore Republican question time. The only people listening to them are the bread and circus FOX news viewers. Jim Jordan is put on a show for them, but it did nothing to move numbers away from being for impeachment. It would seem impossible more Jom Jordan antics will sway people away from being for impeachment.

It doesn't say much about the intellectual capabilites of the GOP senators either if they have to be tutored by rabble from the House that they pretty much all disdain.

Elevated voice, rapid-fire line of bullshit reasoning ending with a pre-conceived answer that was the point of the question in the first place and was intended for an audience of ONE.

Here is a question for Gym Jordan.
During your days as assistant wrestling coach what did you know and when did you know it? When did you know about the sexual abuse of the team members? Followup question. Why didn't you do something to stop it?

Because if the Rpugs can drag in topics and questions which have no bearing whatsoever on whether Trump obstructed a legitimate Congressional investigation and/or tried to extort a phony investigation into his potential political opponent by withholding already approved aid to the Ukraine until they complied with his illegal demands, then why not?

Hell, they'll probably try to drag President Obama and HRC into the Impeachment process somehow before it's all over. Maybe George Soros too.
