He was on Laura (Ilsa the She-Wolf) Ingraham's show last night, bragging about when HE impeached Bill Clinton.

The fact it was a total partisan fiasco wasn't even mentioned, of course.

LAURA INGRAHAM (HOST): I think he was actually making the point to the Senate, but the American public deserves the right to vote, but does she have any merit to her point there, Bob?

BOB BARR: Well, she has about as much merit to her point as Zoe Lofgren did to hers, absolutely not. What we had in the Clinton impeachment and then the trial back 21 years ago was a president who had already been reelected.
It was not about an election back then, it was about high crimes and misdemeanors, proving crimes that the president had committed.
