Last night they still had 110 PUI-people under investigation, that number is now 165.
Last night-
PUI-110
confirmed cases-5
tested negative-32
pending-73

Today-
PUI-165
cases confirmed-5
tested neg-68
pending-92

The WHO is asking China to adopt a different means of identifying infected patients as testing supplies are limited and the real number will change when they adopt different guidelines for identifying patients. So I would assume the same may be true for deaths. If they don't actually test, then they don't include that death in the stats. It is a legitimate concern for the WHO as they can't accurately say how many people have been infected and what the actual transmission rate is.
