I came back and expected to be watching at least an hour recording after the 15 (45) minute break but it was only that short Cipalong closing...

why did they bother with the break?

that indicated that the WH lawyers made a decision to cut the rest of their presentation short - possibly due to the Bolton thing (coupled with the Kelly thing). That then gave Turtle more time for a GOP caucus meeting to go over next steps, do a whip count, and finesse the threats of heads on pikes.

The World According Jeff Goldblum.

Pretty good. He takes 30 to look into a subject and often from very different angles. Done of the topics are things he has no idea about like coffee (stopped drinking it years ago) and RV’s (spent a lot of time in them on sets but he’s never gone camping). Recommend it.

There is a jury in courts that reviews the allegations except for the case of impeachment, meaning the impeachment requires a "criminal" allegation.
