I hope this is true. I couldn't find it on Snopes. If so, she's just another hypocrite. LOL!
UPDATE: It IS true.

"sometimes stupid Morans do say the quiet part out loud"
Yup. That happens (far too often these days).

(49,996 posts)Sort of. She says she really wanted him but laws or something.
I have nothing to hide and would actually LOVE to update you all on this baby...baby boy Z as many of you already know him by.
Baby Z was chosen. His mom was afraid but had lost a child before him not by choice and didn't want to see another son die. She chose his life.
And we were with her every step of the way.
When he was about 6 months old the state had to remove baby Z from his mom's custody due to her lifestyle choices and that's when I was called.
The post being shared was my venting in a supposedly private prolife group, and while yes I do say "no no no" about taking this baby myself the post doesn't end there.
If people need the reason behind the "no" it's simple...I had moved across state lines, had an infant, and just had 2 major life altering surgeries within a year, and moved again, thus I was not even ALLOWED to take in this baby. I couldn't pass DCS clearance in time....
...I get people are posting edited and cropped down year old screen shots that were stolen from a private prolife advocacy group, and yeah that out of context incomplete screens shot looks bad. I didn't word it well and it's easy to take out of context. I didn't explain everything in that post the way I have here because I didn't need to. It wasn't a post to the public or to people who didn't know I wasn't cleared to take him. Those reading the post that day a year ago knew the story and saw the updates that followed that day and those that have followed for a year now. Had that post been a public statement on the events of the day rather than an in the moment update to fellow advocates in a private group I would've worded it more officially and explained all aspects of the case as I have here.
Pro-abortion people are posting about this all over to make me look bad or like I failed when they have no idea the reality is the opposite. This wasn't a fail. This wasn't a refusal to continue to support, love, and protect this baby boy.
It was a cry over how hard it was to do all of those things. Because it was hard! A very emotional and scary road with this baby. It still is. It's not been easy on anyone. But it doesn't matter because that baby boy...oh how I love him. He's so worth every bit of the hard.
And yes, when his adoption is finalized and confidentiality contracts expire you bet I'll share another update and finally show you his amazing precious smiling face. Just wait until you get to see.

She loves going to pro life rallies and having her photo taken.

(754 posts)A lot of things make sense in some abstract philosophy/metaphysics. You think you're deducing from some majestic universal axioms.
When confronted with real life, you can observe just how man-made and feeble those "first principles" really are. If you want to have the insight I guess.

(14,860 posts)We're supposed to believe that CPS places abused or neglected children wherever the abusive or neglectful adults tell them to?

(14,860 posts)"I talked my sister out of an abortion" or "I talked my daughter out of an abortion" I'd be much more inclined to believe it.

(6,914 posts)for the parents' opinion. It could be useful knowledge if there are multiple relatives who might be eligible. And there's no reason this couple might not be so dumb as to submit this woman'd name, even though she's no relation. In fact, it might be a passice-aggressive revenge move. CPS wouldn't be obligated to respect it.
Mariana
(14,860 posts)It might be, but I think it's far more likely that the story is entirely false, put up to illustrate how hypocritical anti-choice people are. We all know this is exactly how they feel.

She's a real piece of work and this is great, seems to be by somebody who's read her stuff. It's fake, though.
It's from a Facebook group a friend regularly trolls. This is from her Facebook account.
