TX-28: EMILY's List running ads of behalf of Cuellar's primary opponent.

More ads are flowing in to the primary between Cuellar and Cisneros. Texas Forward, a super PAC affiliated with EMILY’s List, dropped an ad saying there’s a “damn big” difference between the two, saying Cellular opposes unions and cut funding to Planned Parenthood while saying Cisneros “will stand up to Republicans.” Advertising Analytics tracks a whopping $1.1 million in airtime booked through the primary on Super Tuesday.

The Texas Forward ad is the latest in a race that’s drawn a lot of outside money. The Texas Tribune’s Patrick Svitek tracks over $2 million in outside spending so far. Cisneros also released her second TV ad, where she challenges Cuellar over health care: “Unlike Congressman Cuellar, I don’t take money from health insurance lobbyists or corporate PACs.”

I'll keep my eyes on the race on Super Tuesday, but I don't believe that this race will even be close for Cisneros.
