We need them.

We need them.

We need conservative and/or Republican party voices to join ours.

We need them in order to grow OUR base. Our base of left, centre left, center right, and yes, even right wing people who can agree on one thing: Trump is a dangerously incompetent, vengeful and tyrannical man who is manifestly unqualified to be President.

Manifestly unqualified. You know who I first heard use those words in reference to Trump? Steve Schmidt. Yes, the same Steve Schmidt from McCain-Palin '08, and who in recent years has gone on to be a centrist talking head mainstay on MSNBC. I believe Steve called Trump "manifestly unqualified" to be President on or about election night 2016.

We need Nicolle Wallace. Nicolle spun for Dubbya from the Press Secretary's podium at the White House. That's not news. Currently she hosts a show on MSNBC where she rails against Trump and his gutless G.O.P. enablers on a daily basis. We need her on our side.

We need voices from the right to join us in our fight to ensure that Trump does NOT get a second term. To call out his bullshit, his reflexive lying, his dogged commitment to exacting revenge, his egregious bullying, his cowardice, his avarice, his greed, his hate and his pathetic unchecked 3 year old temper tantrums.

Insofar as our goals and interests may intersect with theirs, we need David Frum, Bill Kristol, George Conway, Joe Scarborough, Mitt Romney and whomever else agrees that Donald Trump has been an unqualified failure and existential threat as President. And that he must be removed from office as soon as is legally possible.

In a post-Trump as President world, these strange bedfellows will most likely return to their political corners. So be it.

For now however, we need them.

pragmatism. They have legitimate views as well. Just saying.

The question is, can we have both?

Me? I agree with Brawndo and UniteFightBack above: there are only two sides in this election, Americans vs tRumpists; and we abso, lutely need to be "a coalition of the decent."

Vote Blue No Matter Who!!!
