When they make the movie about Rudy, Danny Devito should play Rudy for this reason.

He has already played someone who is corrupt and didn't have a neck, The Penguin.

What happened to Rudy's neck, it's gone. If his head sinks any farther into the chest cavity we could start calling him the headless horseman.
