How does Kellyanne Conway keep her job?

Husband George is a co-founder of the Lincoln Project and leading Never Trumper. Forget how KA and George manage to live under one roof, what on earth can Kellyanne be saying to trump, that spares her from his fury?

If Kellyanne quit, Trump would take a huge hit. She's his main female advocate. He can't fire her, but she can (and should) fire him.

She said her husband was disrespectful and possibly even violated their marriage vows with his political statements. When asked about Trump's insults against her husband, she defended Trump and sided with Trump rather than defending her husband which certainly pleases her boss. Trump probably thinks it's a feather in his cap that that she has chosen him over her husband.
