Not a 'Fan' usually of Beltway gossip/rumors, but I could easily believe that this is NOT a rumor, but the truth.

(4,723 posts)So many were waiting for him to be America's savior, when in reality he was just another pathetic, weak old man with more allegiance and sense of duty to arbitrary departmental rules than the US constitution and the American people. As Donald Trump and Bill Barr destroyed his reputation, and drug his name through the mud, he just sat there. Weak sauce. If Donald Trump manages to steal a second term, I'd be afraid if I were Mueller; Donald will want his pound of flesh.
