Is this a ploy to add Illinois to the midwest wall that we used to have? I'm sure that Blago still has friends and connections that got him to the governor's mansion in Springfield. Add them to the voters in the red counties outside of the Chicago area, and maybe the Land of Lincoln turns slightly red, is probably what Trump could be thinking.
